If your partner commits adultery and you are legally separated from one another and have not sign the divorce papers yet, but in the process of doing so thru the courts. Let’s say later on down the road you ended up with someone other than your spouse you married and would like to share that special bond that adults love to share with one another (Love Making). IF you decide to be with one another sexually even though I was not the one that committed adultery and I tried to make the marriage work, but it was not workable is that also committing adultery? I want to move on with my life with Jesus and with my soul mate that I love and cherish.

I believe if a spouse woman or man commit adultery that the other have the right to be divorce, but if he or she want to change they life and get save and you want your marriage to work you should forgive that person and move on,but you don't want it to work you are tired I say make sure your divorce is final and you have really prayed and ask god for a save man and god bring him in your life and yall want to get married do it but make sure god choose him not you because when we choose we mess up. Oh! if your divorce is not final and you are love making with someone YES! its adultery

IF you are save do not married a unsave person because then yall will be unequal yoke and it is very hard to keep a marriage together when you are going seperate ways.I am experience it now only because we got married before I excepted the lord and now I just got to stand on god words and believe he is going to save him.If you have any encouraging word please post it I need it.

Sex outside of marriage is sin. If you start having sex with someone other than your wife you are an adulterer . You cannot start your physical relationship with someone else until 1) Your divorce is complete 2) You are married again.
